Product Information and Order Acceptance

OOFOS Recovery Footwear strives to provide accurate product details, including pricing, stock availability, and descriptions. However, errors may occur. Order acceptance depends on confirmation of stock availability and price accuracy.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase from OOFOS Recovery Footwear, subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Pricing discrepancies;
Insufficient stock;
Payment issues;
Anti-fraud concerns.

Order Processing and Shipping

Typically, we process orders within 1-3 business days. After processing, estimated delivery takes between 7-12 business days, depending on your location and shipping option.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Returns and Refunds

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, reimbursements will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this 24-hour window, order processing may have begun, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
